Cisco, for example, <a href="http://www.cisco.com/web/solutions/axpdev/index.html" rel="nofollow">runs open competitions</a> - some with public assessments and comments. Could PARC run a competition, perhaps hosted by a local university.... with the focus on Asia? I’m a big fan of prizes/challenges and Web2.0 open innovation endeavors like PARC Living Laboratory and others. Cisco, for example, runs open competitions – some with public assessments and comments.
